2. Service Description

Our Services Include:

• Basic Advertising Campaigns: $10 for 7-day campaigns with up to 1,000 impressions
• Pro Advertising Campaigns: $50 for 14-day campaigns with up to 5,000 impressions
• Premium Advertising Campaigns: $100 for 30-day campaigns with unlimited impressions
• Monthly Sponsorship Packages: Starting at $50/month with exclusive benefits
• Real-time Analytics Dashboard: Track impressions, clicks, and engagement
• Multi-platform Placement: Website, mobile app, and partner sites
• Targeted Advertising: Reach rock music fans aged 18-54 across 150+ countries

3. User Accounts & Registration

Account Creation

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Violence, weapons, or dangerous products
• Gambling or betting services (where prohibited)
• Misleading, false, or deceptive claims
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is required before advertisement activation
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• Recurring charges apply to monthly sponsorship packages
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

Limited Exceptions:

• Technical issues preventing advertisement display (at our discretion)
• Violation of our content policies by our platform
• Service outages exceeding 48 hours during campaign period

Billing Disputes

Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge. Contact our support team with transaction details for investigation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your advertisement content. By using our Platform, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your advertisements
• Right to use your content across our platform and partner sites
• Right to resize, format, or modify content for optimal display
